If you cancel within 24 hours prior to departure time of service or the day of travel, no refund will be given. Changes to travel date/time can be made up to 24 hours prior to departure time of service or the day of travel. A NZ$30.00 Refund Processing Fee will apply if this reservation is cancelled prior to travel time and/or travel date. Flexi - If you cancel up to 48 hours prior to departure time of service or the day of travel - 50% of fare refunded. If you cancel within 48 hours prior to departure time of service or the day of travel, no refund will be given. Changes to travel date/time can be made up to 48 hours prior to departure time of service or the day of travel. A NZ$20.00 Refund Processing Fee will apply if this reservation is cancelled prior to travel time and/or travel date. * There are no refunds on unused train or ferry travel sector once first travel sector has been travelled. * There are no refunds after the train and/or ferry service has departed. * Fare includes all train and ferry travel. * Report time is at least 20 minutes prior to the departure that is on your e-ticket/itinerary that will be emailed to you. * Reservations are necessary, as this train and ferry service is a 'reserved' space services Passenger space availability is confirmed once your reservation has been confirmed and paid for. * All reservations and the issuance of an 'E-Ticket/Itinerary' or 'E-Voucher' for travel on any ferry service is subject to the terms of the Operators of the train and ferry service that has been booked for and being traveled on. * Any 'E-Ticket/Itinerary' or 'E-Voucher' must be available for inspection by a train Manager and an Interislander check in agent on the day of travel. Failure to have an 'E-Ticket/Itinerary' or 'E-Voucher' available for inspection, may result in your travel plans being disrupted. * The Issuance of your 'E-Ticket/Itinerary' or 'E-Voucher' of the train and ferry service that has been booked for, are not responsible or liable for any loss, damage or expense incurred by passengers as a result of the failure of the service to operate or depart or arrive at the scheduled time or location or any other disruptions to the service due to operational requirements or from the forces of nature. * Any dispute/s concerning your reservation comes under New Zealand law and is to be heard in a New Zealand Court of Law
between yourself and the operator of the ferry service
